I found these tips on a Yahoo article. They're easy little things that a person can do to help lessen those everyday little stresses that may build up.

1. Go to bed thirty minutes earlier than usual and get up twenty minutes earlier.

2. Before you go to sleep, prepare for the morning.

3. Don't wear tight clothes or uncomfortable shoes.

4. Make a list.

5. Listen to a favorite song.

6. Keep a little extra cash and stamps in the house.

7. Be polite and be fair.

8. Laugh out loud.

9. Have a good book to read.

10. Exercise!

11. Throw something away (I sometimes have a hard time with this one).

12. Don't say mean things about other people.

13. Pay attention to someone else.
